You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify. Custom-made or specially tailored products are non-refundable due to their unique specifications.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Be sure to provide photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team via email or phone, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged items. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
